This project converted a defunct motorcycle dealership into a pet care facility. Our services began with assisting the client in obtaining a conditional use permit for the property from the City of Littleton and continued through design of the renovation of the building and construction administration.
The building features indoor play areas, kennels, a grooming suite, dog wash areas, and support facilities. The exterior renovation included accent walls, a new entry, new parapets and replacement of the existing flat roof. The site was reconfigured to eliminate a steeply sloped parking area and provide a pool and play areas.
